Note that I have done my best to honor conflicts.  Where you stated things like "can change" or "can move", I did have to take you up on that.  There are simply too many conflicts to ever get this production up otherwise.  It was also agreed upon that Vivace members can, if necessary, be at our rehearsals at 4p.

Thanks everyone for two amazing days of auditions. 

For those not cast, I'd like to offer one of the things that most affected my decisions:  vocal technique.  As I stated during the process, these plays require unbelievable vocal dexterity.  Often, when it was close between two actors, I always went with the one who had the best enunciation, clarity, vocal support, and the overall best vocal facility.  So always work on that, and it will help in future auditions.

I also want to reiterate that had there been enough roles, I would have loved to have found spots for everyone.  I was incredibly impressed.  Please take the initial disappointment and turn it into excitement for future acting opportunities.  I hope many of you will want to participate in other ways:  crew, marketing, front of house, etc... And I certainly hope to see all of you back next year and/or throughout this incredible season at LHS Drama.  Keep working hard!  Be proud!
